Engagement model

1 — Discovery call

1 week. We map your operation, identify where an agent pays for itself, and write a one-page scope that names the workflow, the data sources, and the success metric.

2 — Workflow pilot

4–6 weeks. We build and test one workflow against real data and real users. The pilot is the unit of truth — if the agent does not move the metric, we stop and tell you.

3 — Production scale

Ongoing. We move the workflow into production, with monitoring, alerting, and iteration. The agent runs; we maintain.
